Established in 2018, the Vedic Wellness Trust was born out of a belief that India’s ancient knowledge systems hold solutions to some of the most pressing challenges of our times—be it health, education, lifestyle, or cultural identity. Our founders, a group of dedicated practitioners and educators, observed a critical need to move these practices from the periphery into the mainstream, making them relevant, accessible, and impactful for everyone.
